hi, I'm Shiv.

I'm an engineer. I build hardware and software things, usually at the place where they meet. My day job is Mosaic, where I'm a founding engineer and part of a slim team pushing on agentic video editing.

Outside of work I'm usually inline skating at a pump track or through SF, doing bhangra, or trying something ambitious with questionable planning. Still always tinkering, still trying to write about whatever I just finished taking apart — this site is the archive.
